Tony Altmann has been a successful executive in various facets of business and finance for more than 20 years. He has been responsible for over $500 million of project financings, partnerships and joint ventures. Tony has built various warehouse and office properties as owner/operator and has completed 15 financing and acquisition transactions ranging from $1 million to $100 million in various fields, including real estate finance. He has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Boston College.

Richard Meli, M.D. heads FineView Medical Services and has been a successful practicing anesthesiologist and businessman for more than 16 years. Dr. Meli is the CEO of Anesco, a growing anesthesiology group in Broward County, Florida, with over 55 physicians and 100 total employees serving eight hospitals. Dr. Meli was formerly the chief of anesthesiology for North Ridge Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Meli is also Chairman of Enviroline Group, and sits on the Board of the Red Cross of Broward County, Florida. Dr. Meli has a BS from Florida State University, and received his MD degree from the University of Miami.

Neil Plakcy holds an MBA in real estate from Columbia University and has significant experience in retail construction. He began his career with the Pyramid Companies as a construction manager and was a tenant coordinator for the Rouse Company. As a consultant, he has worked for local developers on projects across South Florida.

Glenn R. Weller has more than 19 years experience in the senior management of four major real estate development and management companies. He has developed properties ranging from $60 million to $340 million and managed over 2.5 million square feet of various property types. Glenn has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
